Napa Refined Membership allows eligible members to earn points and enjoy selected dining rewards and privileges.
The programme consists of three membership tiers:
Membership benefits vary according to the applicable tier and may include welcome rewards, birthday privileges, exclusive dining experiences and special member offers.
Members earn points based on eligible dining spending and their membership tier.
Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated or extended.
Membership points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
New members may receive 200 Welcome Points and a complimentary Dessert or Beverage of the Day, subject to applicable conditions.
Members may redeem accumulated points for selected menu items according to the published redemption list.
All redemptions are subject to availability and applicable membership conditions. Redeemed rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Birthday rewards, bonus points and other privileges are provided according to each membership tier and applicable eligibility requirements.
Napa Refined may introduce monthly member-exclusive dishes, dining privileges, special events or promotional offers.
These benefits are subject to availability, eligibility and any additional conditions communicated with the offer.
Napa Refined reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers and membership benefits, subject to applicable law.
Napa Refined may update these Terms & Conditions, including membership benefits, points earning rates and redemption options, from time to time.
Any updates will be published on our website. Changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not override rights protected by law.
